Starting with a blend of paraffin, just like Nitrous, Dakine adds a synthetic fluorine in the making of this wax to further reduce friction in most snow conditions, making it one of the highest performing waxes on the market. As the name suggests, the Indy is designed for hot waxing, but secretly it also works great as a rub-on.

DAKINE Indy Hot Wax - warm
Great fast warm temp wax, smells amazing, but it doesnt last as long as Dakine Nitrous. Hard to tell a difference in speed at my local hill, but the Indy kind of seems faster to start moving, which is nice. Great wax but it wont last super long. At least on a Sintered base anyways. For me Im sticking to hydrocarbon instead of flouro for my everyday riding.

DAKINE Indy Hot Wax - all temp
Fast wax with the added flouro, but I can see a big difference with the Dakine Nitrous (hyrdo). The Indy wears off quicker FOR SURE. Have done many tests now and I still find the same thing. Many dry spots after a day of riding. Been using the Dakine Nitrous instead for durability for the extra couple days of riding.
