Nike® updated the design of their Low Pro GT Skate Shoes with Grant Taylor's vision. With high taping for more durability and lightweight vulcanized construction, these SB Skate Shoes were built to shred.
Taping Between the Midsole and the Upper Adds Durability
Reinforced double stitching along high abrasion zone

Vulcanized - “Vulc” shoes are light, flexible and break in quickly. These don't provide as much foot protection as cupsoles, but they are preferred if you’re looking for good board feel in a shoe with less weight and bulk.
Details
Herringbone Tread - The herringbone pattern is frequently used in basketball shoes for its ability to provide optimal traction on smooth surfaces.
Elastic Gusseted Tongue - Lets you wear the shoe like a slip-on when laces are removed.
Zoom Air Units in Insole - Independent Nike Zoom Air units provide incredibly thin cushioning and bring the foot closer to the ground for enhanced stability, especially during quick cuts and multi-directional movements.
After impact, the tightly stretched fibers inside the pressurized air units quickly bounce back into shape, providing a responsive feel and improved awareness of the surface you’re on.
Mesh Panels for Breathability - The mesh panels do what they're supposed to, keep your feet feeling comfortable.
Runs at least half size small even after “breaking in.”
Very stiff, uncomfortable soles.
Shoes somehow did not look the same in person as on the website. And the website offered a 360 view. I expected the shoes to be thicker but they are very rounded and have an unexpected small bed for the toes.
Read reviews before buying and many were raving about these shoes. Not sure why.
Ive bought several pairs of Nike shoes recently, specifically the newest running shoes and I’m always having problems with the shoes being too tight. I thought it was just an issue with the new running shoes but after buying these SB, I think Nike just generally runs small.
-great board-feel -nice heel cushion -lightweight -good flick -laces up tight -v durable considering all the other qualities. I can’t rock with the bulky, D3, cruise ship shaped skate shoes. If you want a shoe with a nice silhouette, you can’t do better than these. They eat laces but so what. This is my third pair in a row.
