92a - Best used for rougher terrain like craggy streets, ditches, pools or even masonite and metal ramps.
I have never seen wheels with a rough surface before. 92a but I was slipping and sliding all over the park even when I did not want to be. Really unstable feeling.
Incredibly smooth and nice to ride, but they do not slide for me like what I was expecting based on reviews. Too grippy for concrete parks IMO, made it scary to me feeling like I don't have enough control. Fun to ride, just not an ideal street wheel for me. Also, being the first pair of street wheels this soft that I've tried, I hate the sound. There just no snap crackle pop at all. Everything just sounds so dull. I love that crisp sound you get with a 99/101. Sounds like it's supposed to, like watching old skate videos filmed on a VX1000. It just sounds right.

I know that softer wheels tend to grip to ledges and rails for grinds. do this lock up?

These will still be fairly hard to slide with on ledges, but not quite as sticky as the softer version of this wheel.
